A very poor home page
Ever so not good. If you encounter this page from a search engine or an external link, there is no way of getting to other pages on the site, unless you edit the URL in the browser...

Mind you, it's unlikely that this will happen, because the page has no proper title anyway, so it won't even show up properly in a search engine. These are common mistakes in frame design.
